Customer service is the most important without even trying the cookies this place left a bad place in my mouth, being the only two people in the store and being ignored was weird, but when another guy came in behind us and was served first was super weird. The man that was served first even felt bad since he was apologizing but not the employee. I guess online orders are priority but we had an online order too?? The employee didn’t ever say sorry or thank you or do anything but be sassy and cold. Won’t be back fs but thanks I guess??

Great cookies and awesome service! Allison was very kind and patient with us as we ordered for the first time. The cookies were soft and tasty but VERY sweet. So if you like super sweet treats, this establishment is up to par!! Definitely better than Crumbl

Omg! Let me tell you’ll something. This place is fire with amazing cookies that taste so fresh and tasty. Me and my husband just left there and the girl that served has the best customer service. She is so nice and kind. Definitely a asset to the company. This place is way better then cookie crumbl. Make sure to stop by here and give it a go. You wont be disappointed. Thank you guys!

This is some of the best customer service I have experienced! They always go above and beyond. Yesterday I purchased the Nuts for Strawberries cookie and the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade refresher. I will be coming back for those! I also want to give a special thanks to the young lady working yesterday when I came in around 4:00-4:30pm. This was on Saturday 6/21. She went above and beyond with maintaining a positive attitude and was very polite, while working by herself, and getting slammed with orders. She was very calm under pressure. Give her a good raise 👏🌟 $$!! She was awesome.

I recently went here for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The cookies I got were really good. Heard this place is owned by a young kid, and I like to support the youngins with their new business ventures. These cookies are stuffed, which sets them apart and gives them a little something extra. I'm looking forward to trying different flavors as the cookie menu changes weekly.
